Reservation Conditions
In order to guarantee your reservation, a bank pre-authorization may be made from the date of booking until the check-in date. This will correspond to the amount of your first night's stay at the establishment.

The security deposit will be fully refunded if no damage is noted by the establishment at the time of departure.

Any reservation of 4 rooms or more may be subject to special conditions and additional charges.

Secure Transaction
Our site uses some of the most advanced internet security technologies available today. All booking stages are secured using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, the industry standard. Your information is encrypted and protected through server authentication and data flow encryption.

The security certificate used is issued by the accredited third-party company USERTrust RSA Certification Authority and used by the D-EDGE booking system. You can verify the validity of the certificate.

Moreover, the booking system is hosted in a secure server environment equipped with biometric security, firewalls, and other advanced technologies to prevent interference and intrusion.

Cancellation or Modification of a Service Reservation
For accommodation services (room reservations at an establishment or other types of accommodation), the Client is reminded that they do not have the right of withdrawal provided for in Article L. 221-18 of the French Consumer Code, in accordance with Article L. 221-28, paragraph 12 of the Consumer Code, which excludes this right for contracts related to accommodation services that must be provided on a specific date or within a determined period.

For each service reservation, the Special Conditions specify the cancellation and/or modification terms.

Prepaid reservations cannot be modified and/or canceled. The deposit (advance payment) will not be refunded. This will be mentioned in the Special Conditions.

When the Special Conditions allow:

• Modification or cancellation of a service reservation can be done by clicking the link at the end of your confirmation email and following the instructions displayed on your screen;

• Modification or cancellation of a service reservation can be done directly on the site through the "Modify or cancel a reservation" section;

• Modification or cancellation of a service reservation can be done directly with the establishment, whose contact details, including phone numbers, are provided in the reservation confirmation sent by email.

In case of service interruption by the Client, the full price agreed upon will be collected. For prepaid reservations before the stay, no refund will be granted.

It is recommended to cancel as soon as possible once the cause of the cancellation arises.

Cancellation Fees
Cancellation fees are non-refundable if a non-cancellable, non-refundable rate was selected. For all other offers, please refer to the terms presented in the booking engine. In case of no-show, 100% of the reservation will be charged and is non-refundable.

In case of cancellation, if you have paid all or part of the reservation online, this amount will be refunded to you after deducting the cancellation fees (except for non-cancellable, non-refundable offers).

Taxes
The prices are displayed including VAT. The tourist tax, government, or local taxes may be requested as an additional charge.

Check-in / Check-out Time
Your room or apartment will be available at the reception from the time indicated below.

On the day of your departure, you must vacate your room/apartment by the time indicated below. Failure to comply with this check-out time may result in an additional night charge.

It is recommended to use the "Comments or additional information" section of the booking form to notify us of your estimated arrival time, especially if it is late.

Applicable Law for Dispute Resolution
The General Conditions are governed by French law, without prejudice to any mandatory protective provisions that may apply in the consumer's country of residence.

Telemarketing Opt-out List
In accordance with Article L.223-2 of the Consumer Code, the consumer who does not wish to be subject to telemarketing can register for free on a telemarketing opt-out list. This list is accessible through the following site: Bloctel (www.bloctel.gouv.fr).
